Very clean, staff friendly. Any issues sorted out quickly.

It's near to all bus stops, supermarket and city center - everything is in 10 min walking range. Rooms are cleaned.and towels are changed daily. Very affordable breakfast options are available at the hotel. Terrace in the room is big and well equipped.

Was clean and quiet, small cafe inside to buy snacks late. Nice air con.

Excellent location, within 5-10min walk from Placa del pins where you could get on the bus for the famous beaches in Menorca/ or from Placa del Pau for the bus to Mahon. We asked for a room with a view on the cove and further inside the street as the roundabout could be quite noisy with traffic and disturb your sleep. Our room was on second floor with elevator and we requested to be far from elevator to ensure quietness. The bathroom and especially shower are spacious. Facilities were cleaned every day. Nice balcony to relax and enjoy the beach view. You can have a nice sea walk on the promenade for sunset and reach ciutadella main harbour and restaurants from the hotel. Soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. Air conditioning worked well but is quite noisy. Fridge in the room is very appreciated. We recommend the stay for those with limited budget but want to explore Menorca without car and by bus, like we did. There were bakeries, coffee places, restaurants very nearby to the hotel, so quite convenient.

It is not very down town but that’s good for parking. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes walking, anyway. We asked to the staff for a boiler and they provided it to us very willingly (even though a stuff like this is usually already part of the service of the room in this kind of hotel).

The location in 10 mins walk to the town centre, the beautiful Playa Gran right next to the hotel, helpful staff at the reception, free parasol for the beach, room cleaning & fresh towels change everyday. Very strong air conditioning.
